What is included : 

What is included in our hourly rate is greatly dependant on which room you would like us to concentrate on. The kitchen for example would include :

Tidying up, removing rubbish and relining bins.

Removing cobwebs.

Wiping down all surfaces including doors, cupboards, handles, light switches and power points.

Dusting and wiping down skirting boards.

Cleaning all appliance exteriors such as Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven & Range hood.

Wiping down splash backs and bench tops.

Cleaning sinks and tap ware.

Vacuuming and mopping floors.

 We do at times include additional services to some extent, however, this is dependant on factors such as size of the room, time allotted and prior cleanliness of the room and we are more than happy to negotiate them with you upon initial inspection of your home and the service requested.

 

What is not included : 

While not included, these additional tasks would be added to the service but require extra allowable time to conduct the task and as such will incur the additional task fee for that service. For example, these Kitchen tasks are as follows :

 

Removal of excessive amounts of rubbish

( Rubbish removed from your home during servicing will be placed in your external council supplied bins)

Internal windows, sills and tracks.

( We will clean smaller kitchen windows as part of our hourly service, however larger windows are an additional service incurring a service fee)

Removal and degreasing of the range hood filters.

Cleaning of internal cupboards and drawers as well as pantry cleans.

Fridge cleans.

Wiping down painted wall areas. 

Ceiling cleans.

Cleaning of light fittings and ceiling fans.

Washing and drying dishes.

Internal cleaning of ovens, microwaves and dishwashers
