Our promise is to use 100% natural products in every service we conduct in your home, however, there may be the instance where we will need to use a stronger chemical such as caustic soda, bleach, disinfectant or antiviral to properly clean and sanitise. We will inform you before we use any product like this and the choice is yours to use or not!
