Spring Clean

The Spring clean service is perfect for a detailed whole home clean. Golden Bright Home Services believes that ideally every home should be not just be Spring cleaned but in Autumn as well before the cold of winter sets in.

Our Spring clean is perfect for the home that may not have been cleaned professionally for some time.

What is included :

Tidy up, remove rubbish and re-line bins. ( Rubbish removed from your home during servicing will be placed in your external council supplied bins)

Remove cobwebs.

Dust and wipe down all interior doors, handles, architraves and skirting boards.

Wipe clean all light switches and power points.

Dust and clean all reachable surfaces and furnishings.

Clean light fittings, exhaust fan covers and ceiling fans.

Wipe down all cupboards and drawers externally.

Clean kickboards.

Clean external appliance surfaces including Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, Cooktop, Rangehood, Microwave, Dryer, Washer.

Clean internally Dishwasher and Microwave.

Wipe down all splashbacks and tiled surfaces.

Wipe and clean all benchtop surfaces.

Scrub and clean all sinks and tapware.

Scrub and clean Toilet.

Scrub and clean shower and bath including all fittings.

Make beds.

Wipe, clean and vacuum soft furnishings.

Wipe down appliances such as T.V's etc.

Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces.

What is not included :

While not included, these additional tasks would be added to the service but require extra allowable time to conduct the task and as such will incur the additional task fee for that service.

Removal of excessive amounts of rubbish

Internal windows, sills and tracks.

Removal and degreasing of the range hood filters.

Cleaning of internal cupboards and drawers as well as pantry cleans.

End of lease clean

Are you vacating your rented premises and would like your bond returned in full?
