What are the most common questions you get asked about your cleaning services?

Can you clean after I vacate?  Do you clean windows inside and out?  Do you do dishes?  Will you do my laundry? Can you clean my Air B'n B?  Are you able to do a post construction clean?  Will my pets be safe from your cleaning products? Will my marble bench top be safe? 

 

 

 

Do you guarantee our bond return?

Whilst we endeavour to ensure your bond will be returned in full, Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this as there are a number of factors out of our control to ensure this and it will be a matter to be discussed with the agent handling your lease agreement.

We will, however, guarantee that we will leave the premises as good, if not better, than when you first moved in give and take fair wear and tear from your time occupying the property.

 

What assurances can you give a new customer about the quality and reliability of your cleaning?

At Golden Bright Home Services, we give our word and if your not happy please be respectful and tell us and we will be more than happy to negotiate with you to ensure you have a golden bright shine in your home but rest assured, we don't expect any of our clients to be dissatisfied with our services. 

 

Are your products safe?

Yes our products are 100% safe for the environment. The products we use are manufactured in Australia and are designed for use in all septic and grey water systems.

They are safe for humans as well as pets but of course we wouldn't advise you to taste them!

What makes Golden Bright Home Services different from other cleaners in Melbourne?

We fit in with your needs! Only want the kitchen done? Sure!            Whole house! No problem!                                                          Whatever home service requirement you have, we have a can do attitude! Would you be able to clean after my home has been renovated?

Yes we can! 

Golden Bright Home Services offers a Post-Construction clean for home owners or builders who would like their home cleaned before they move in. We are also able to work with you should you just have had a renovation done on a specific area or room.

 

Are there any cleaning tasks that Golden Bright Home Services doesn't handle?

Golden Bright Home Services does not do to following cleaning tasks:

 External Air conditioner units. Carpet steam cleaning, Vehicles,                 Vinyl curtains/blinds. We don't remove stains from furniture, carpet or other items. Ceilings, light fittings, ceilings and walls higher than 2.5 mtrs we need to be advised of as we have a different safety requirement and time factor for these and as such they will incur an additional fee.

We also do not clean roofs, chimneys or the insides of guttering

 

What other services do you provide?

At Golden Bright Home Services we do just that, we service your home! We offer a large range of additional services on top of our cleans. We can help you with Window washing (Inside & Out), Wall washes, Split system cleans, Ovens, Fridge cleans, Laundry, Doing dishes, Changing light globes, Washing down eaves & gutters, Wheelie bin washes, Balconies and more.
