What is included :

Remove cobwebs and dust skirting boards and architraves.

Wipe door handles, light switches and power points.

Tidy up, remove rubbish and re-line bins.

Wipe down external appliances including Oven, Cook top, Range hood, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer.

Wipe down splash backs and tiled surfaces in Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry.

Wipe down all bench tops.

Clean all sinks and tap ware.

Scrub toilets, showers and bath tubs.

Clean and polish mirrors.

Dust and clean all visible, reachable surfaces and furniture.

Make beds.

Dust and clean all appliances such as T.V's etc.

Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces.

Complete any additionally requested services.

What is not included :

While not included, these additional tasks would be added to the service but require extra allowable time to conduct the task and as such will incur the additional task fee for that service.

Removal of excessive amounts of rubbish

( Rubbish removed from your home during servicing will be placed in your external council supplied bins)

Internal windows, sills and tracks.

Removal and degreasing of the range hood filters.

Cleaning of internal cupboards and drawers as well as pantry cleans.

Fridge cleans.

Washing down painted wall areas. 

Ceiling cleans.

Cleaning of light fittings, light globes and ceiling fans.

Washing and drying dishes.

Internal cleaning of ovens, microwaves and dishwashers

Wiping down skirting boards, architraves, doors, cupboards and drawers.

Washing, hanging and folding of laundry.

Cleaning of exhaust fan covers and internally.

Cleaning and vacuuming soft furnishings.

Any other service listed on the Additional tasks page.
