Golden Bright Home Services has options to suit all homes and requirements.

We offer an extensive range of options within our services that will cover any requirement you may have, however, due to time constraints with certain tasks, we have had to include certain jobs as additional to the optioned service checklist.

Our additional services will be included as an add on to the service you engage us to do and will thus be a factor affecting the final invoiced amount.

For example : You would like us to do a regular flat rate clean of your home each week and would like on one of those weeks for us to clean the interior of your refrigerator. We are more than happy to help you with this, however the invoiced amount for that week would include the amount we charge to conduct the fridge clean as an add on to the regular flat rate fee. Of course, as a regular weekly client you will receive our 10% discount on the flat rate fee, but not the fridge clean fee. 

 

We are including more and more additional services to our repertoire as time goes by to help you maintain your home in a pristine condition.

The services coming soon will include Garden maintenance and help, Home maintenance services, Flat pack furniture construction, 

 

We aim to collaborate with other local trades persons and services to provide services that we do not such as carpet steam cleaning,                 gutter cleaning, concreting, plumbing and gas, electrical, carpet replacement, tiling and many others

Interior :

Wash clean walls. ( Conditions apply )

Wash clean ceilings. ( Conditions apply )

Clean internal windows, sills and tracks.

Pantry clean.

Wipe down cupboards and drawers internally.

Internal oven clean.

Remove, degrease and reinstall rangehood filter.

Wash and dry dishes. (Dishes will be left on a clean bench)

Interior fridge clean.

Laundry loads ( Wash and hang to dry) (We use your appliance)

Change bed linen ( We place the old linen in your laundry)

Wipe down/Vacuum soft furnishings.

Wipe clean internal split system and filters.

Scrub and clean spa. ( Conditions apply )

Ironing ( Per half hour fee )

Use antiviral/disinfectant products.

Use carpet deodoriser.

Wipe clean internal exhaust fan areas.

Scrub clean tile grout ( Fee based on surface area )

Clean garage area.

Wet wipe blinds and shutters.

Clean behind wall mounted televisions.

Defrost and clean internal freezer compartments ( Conditions apply )

Removal of stickers, picture hooks, child safety devices etc.

Removal/Shifting items of furniture.

Gas wall units, heaters and fireplaces.

Clean and tidy balcony areas.

Clean and polish internal surface of glass balustrading.

Wash external windows, flyscreens and frames.(Single story only)

Clean and tidy front entrance area including door, flywire, architrave and door jamb

Brush down eaves (Single story only)

Wash down fascia and external guttering (Single story only)

Wheelie bin wash.

Wash down external garage doors.
